W-Course Proposal - Hard Copy Submission
Proposals must be submitted to the Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Council by November 1rst for the subsequent summer and fall terms and by March 15th for the subsequent spring term. |

- Complete all fields on the following form.
- Once completed, print out a copy and attach it to your W-Course Proposal along with a copy of the Course Syllabus. Please identify the Course Number as well as the Title of the course.
- Please refer to the Guidelines for Submission.
Note: Beth Matway will preview any proposals submitted to her two weeks before the deadline.
