W-Course Proposal - Online Submission

Proposals must be submitted to the Arts and Sciences Undergraduate Council by November 1rst for the subsequent summer and fall terms and by March 15th for the subsequent spring term.

Select the text fields below and cut and paste into the body of your email message that you will be sending to Beth Matway.
In the email body, complete all the fields.
Be sure to attach an electronic copy of your syllabus (preferably MsWord format) to the email. Identify the Course Number as well as the Title of the course.

Note: You can also print out a blank copy of the form, complete the fields and submit a hardcopy with your entry. Please refer to the Guidelines for Submission.
